Victor is the 2022 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Champion. He performs internationally in his self produced show The King in Concert as well as for such productions as the famed Legends In Concert. In 2014 Victor was named an ambassador and given the key to the city in Tupelo Mississippi, Elvis' birthplace.

What is the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest?
Simply put it's Graceland's official search for the best Elvis Tribute Artist in the world. Preliminary contests are held throughout the world. Preliminary contest winners then move on to the Semi Finals and possibly the Finals in August at Graceland, home of the the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley
What does the winner of the Vegas Elvis Fest contest receive?
The winner of our preliminary competition will represent the Vegas Elvis Fest in August of 2026 during Elvis Week in the Semi Finals being held at Graceland as well as receiving cash and prizes.
What does the Ultimate World Champion receive?
The Ultimate World Champion is recognized by Elvis Presley Enterprises and Graceland as the #1 Elvis Tribute Artist in the world and joins an elite group of Champions dating back to 2007. The Champion will also receive a prize package and opportunity at a contract with Elvis Presley Enterprises.
